[Whitelisted Caller] Change config schedulerParams.lookahead to 5

This is a parachain host configuration scheduler change that increases the lookahead value from 3 to 5. The higher value is expected to improve the parachain block production reliability and block times.

This change helps parachains make blocks better and faster.
It changes a setting from 3 to 5.
It was already tested on another network called Kusama.
It will happen around March 17, 2026.
